Hyland Appoints New Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Planning

Based in Westlake Hyland, a software and content services provider, announced it has appointed Chris Winczewski as vice president, strategy and business planning.

Winczewski, who joined Hyland in early 2020 through the company’s acquisition of blockchain accreditation provider Learning Machine, will report to Hyland CEO Bill Priemer. He will be responsible for developing long-term strategic plans to support Hyland’s product, sales, service and customer teams.

At Learning Machine, Winczewski has worked as a Product Manager since joining this company in July 2018. He joined Hyland in the same role, supporting Hyland Credentials, a digital ID service. Previously, Winczewski spent 13 years at X-Rite Pantone, a Danaher operating company. During his last four years at X-Rite, he led all product and strategy efforts, Hyland said in a press release.

Priemer said in a statement that Winczewski “brings extensive experience in business planning and strategy execution to his new role.”

At X-Rite, Winczewski “developed annual strategic plans and then led the execution and deployment of those plans,” Hyland said in the statement. X-Rite, like Hyland, has served several disparate industries, including medical imaging, printing, textiles, and more.
