Tweety Cole joins Datadog’s Board of Directors

Datadog has announced the appointment of Citigroup’s Titi Cole to its board of directors. Cole is the CEO of Citigroup’s Legacy Franchises, overseeing the bank’s consumer businesses in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Mexico.

She is a member of the management team of Citigroup and is also a member of the board of directors of Grupo Financiero Citibanamex, SA de CV and Banco Nacional de México, SA

“Driving digital transformation has been a key focus throughout my career to better meet customer needs and drive business results,” Cole said. “Datadog’s monitoring and security platform helps global enterprises understand, manage, and drive value from their digital offerings and accelerate their digital transformation initiatives. Prior to her current role, Cole served as Head of Global Operations and Fraud Prevention at Citigroup and Chief Client Officer for Personal Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM). Cole was also the Global Diversity and Inclusion Champion for PBWM, where she led initiatives to increase the representation of women and underrepresented groups in the business.

Cole has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held leadership positions at several major global banks and McKinsey & Company. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria and a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Cole sits on the board of trustees at Queens University in Charlotte.
